Château de Villeréglan
Conditions
1. GENERAL
A deposit of 30% is required in order to confirm your reservation.
Send the payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer.
Upon receipt of the 30% deposit, Château de Villereglan will send back a confirmation e-mail from your reservation.

2. CHANGE CANCEL
Changes can only be in consultation with and after written consent of Château de Villereglan be accepted and may incur additional charges.
If canceled, the following amounts will be charged:
• In case of cancellation until 60 days before the start of the stay, the full payment minus € 15.00 refundable fee.
• In case of cancellation less than 60 days and longer than 31 days before the start of the rental deposit is only refundable (minus 15 € administration) as Château de Villereglan the room was able to rent again. If not, the term deposit stays at Château Villereglan.
• In case of cancellation after 30 days or less before the start of the lease, the total residence or package price will be charged.
• In early departure after the start of a reserved stay residence or the total package price will be charged.

3. INSURANCE
Guests must itself ensure for cancellation and travel.

4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The room on the day of arrival is at 16.00 am disposal for the guests. On the day of departure, check out time not later than 11 hours.

5. LIABILITY
Château de Villereglan accept no liability for damage to or theft or loss of property of guests and accident or injury caused to visitors, whatever their cause. The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk, the pool is unattended. Children may only under the supervision of parents use the pool. Protect our domain for its own account and at its own risk.

6. YOUR STAY
Guests are invited to the house rules to life and property of the Château Villereglan and other guests to respect, as well as the peace and privacy of other guests.
